Coding
First of all, why Piczo? There are way too many advertisings, it takes forever to load on dial up, and it makes your coding look cluttered. Also, there are blue border around some of your linked images. To eliminate that, try to put border="0" after last quotation in the img tag. You also might need to fix the hover code for your main links. They collide.
Layout
The main image is a bit blurry and cluttered. I like the colors and the font you used on the layout. The image just needs to be sharper and not have so many things going on at once.
For You Why does this link to an entirely new website? I have dial up and now, I have to wait to load an entirely new layout. I should just press the back button. Again, I tried to view html and it loaded an entirely new layout. Does every link load a new layout? It's a tad annoying. Also, your links look clutterd. You should break the them.
Graphics AUGH! What is it with you and all these layouts? No offense but it's a bit too overwhelming and annoying. However, I actually like your graphics. They're pretty good.

Conclusion:Your graphics are actually pretty good. However, you need to stick to one main layout. How hard is that?
