Coding
I like the coding. It is really nice. It matches the layout. However, how many breaks do you have after site on your navigation? It's too far away from the elite header.
Layout
I love the green and yellow colors on it. It looks really well done. However, everyone uses circular brushes. You should try to make it a bit unique. I think the title looks awesome! I love the text and the splatter brushes. Also, you should change your cbox colors to match your layout.
Visitor
Brushes: There should be little screencaps of the brushes that you can click on to get them. However, they're not bad brushes. They just need a bit more work.
Contests: Why don't you use a form so people can enter the contests easier than just putting the answer in your cbox?
Graphics: While I love your icons, why you have ugly dolls on here is a mystery to me. Every other graphics is nice. Your Ashley Tisdale Blend is just a bit too pink..her face is anyways.
Layouts: First of all, remember that screen caps are you friends. Your layout is awesome! However, how come the layouts for your visitors are not as good or the same quality? They're a bit plain and the coding is all the same. You need to make layout for your visitors as if you were making it for yourself.
Myspace Content: I don't really get the point of these. I can see the lining where you cut them out to make them transparent.
Quotes: I like the second one. You just need to make more of them.
Scribbles: What's with the coming soon? Only add that category when you make some in the category. I like the blue cloud, though.
Sunvectors: I just don't see the point of these.
Tutorials: I actually understand your tutorials, unlike some sites. You did a good job on them.
Site
Affiliates: I always like to use buttons to represent my affies. I just always think it makes it look more organized.
Awards: Wow, you have a lot of awards.
Credits: I am just so glad to see that you have a credits page.
Reviews: I am reviewing your site too. I know it's not required to link me back but it's not for some of the sites that are reviewing you either. I find it a tad unfair.
Plugboard: AHHH! Another coming soon! You should only add this page once you have it.
Wall of Shame: I understand the whole annoying advertising messages thing. It annoys me too. They should read the rules before they post in the cbox.
Conclusion
Your site is really nice. However, your graphics need to be of the same quality as your main layout. That's the only thing I really found except for the coming soon pages.
