Coding: I love your coding. It's a lot more organized than mine is. I'm jealous.
Layout: I love the colors you used. They're really simple while the main image is really elegant. I'm just not sure I like the background.
Content: I love all of your icons. However, each page leads to a new page. Headers can organize just as well as a new page can. Your premade layouts are so pretty. You're really talented. I like your icon textures. I'm not too sure I'm crazy about your color schemes though. The rest of your resources are really nice though.
Site History: Wow, your site has a short history.
Owner: You wrote about yourself more than your site here. While that's ok, you should have had more to write about your site. However, that's a really cute picture.
Affiliates: I don't see anything wrong with this page, actually.
Credits: I'm so glad to see you have a credit page!
Conclusion: You're really talented. You are also really organized. There's only one or two minor things I'd change on your site.
